Mr. Harbison is the founder of Valuation Analysts, LLC; a business valuation and financial forensics firm, focusing on estate and gift, commercial litigation and family law.  In addition, Mr. Harbison has provided forensic accounting services, been a consultant on mergers and acquisitions, and has served as an Agent for the United States Internal Revenue Service, where he conducted tax examina­tions of corporations, partnerships and high net worth individuals.  He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting for Palm Beach Atlantic University and is currently the Chairman of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Business Appraisers.

Mr. Harbison graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government/Pre-Law, and earned a Master of Science in Management/Accounting from Rollins College.
