Mr. Farach is a real estate and business lawyer practicing in West Palm Beach. Mr. Farach counsels businesses and individuals in complex transactions as part of his practice, and his experience advising businesses includes time spent as outside general counsel for a savings and loan association; he is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both Real Estate Law and Business Litigation. Mr. Farach has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for over twenty years and has significant FINRA (formerly the NASD) arbitration experience. Mr. Farach has also served in different capacities regarding the ethical practice of law, including Chair of the Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission, President of the Craig S. Barnard Inn of Court, President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and as an expert witness for The Florida Bar in lawyer disciplinary matters.

Mr. Farach graduated the Florida State University College of Law cum laude.  He graduated Stetson University in 1981 with a dual major in English and Business.
